How about the traditional Cove to Cedar to R2R trail to Alto Pass, then up the big ass hill to see all of the bearded wonders.

Sounds good to me!  Last year the traffic on the hill was rediculous.  We actually made it up the hill faster on pedal power than the big overheating air cooled V-twins did.  Plus people were passing out from exhaustion (no joke) along the hill while we rode past them.  Now we just need a meeting time at the trail head off of Dutch Ridge road.

Don't worry Sean, you will forget about the ride until the night before about midnight and then call me the morning of to see if I want to go.  We will try to keep you reminded when the time is approaching.

Yea, you will get plenty of comments on how you could be going faster while you are climbing the hill.  Most are something along the lines of "you should get a motor......"  None the less, it is really entertaining to watch the faces of people as you are pedaling up the hill.

Great idea!  I think we should try to get a really large group to ride together up there.  We could even hit a couple wineries and the Root Beer Saloon on the way back if we wanted.
