| The Trigg Tower trail system is about 45 minutes from Carbondale, 25 minutes from Paducah, and 35 minutes from Harrisburg.
To get to the Gum Springs trailhead, travel on I-24 to exit #16
(Vienna) and go east. Across from the "Gambit" golf course, you should see
the junction for Rt. 147. Take a left (north/east) on Rt. 147 for 6.5 miles
and look for Gilead Church Rd. on your left. Turn on Gilead Church Rd. and
drive for less than a mile and look for Gum Springs Rd on your right. Take
Gum Springs 1.5 miles and look for the trailhead on your left.
